1 package Mostly Made Chicken Enchilada Meal Starter (12 oz)
6 tortillas that are 6" wide
8 oz can of enchilada sauce
1 ½ cups cheddar, shredded
- Preheat oven to 375° and spread thin layer of enchilada sauce in bottom of 7”x11" baking dish.
- Spoon 3 Tb of Chicken Enchilada Meal Starter in each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, roll up and place in baking dish.
- Top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes until hot, bubbly and cheese is melted.
