1 package Mostly Made Lasagna Filling
1 quart of chicken broth
1 can of diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
1/2 cup dried pasta; shells, macaroni or rotini will work
1 cup thinly sliced cabbage, spinach or kale
1 can of cannellini beans (15 oz)
1 Tbl fresh basil leafs (optional)
1. In a large pot, combine Mostly Made Lasagna Filling, chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Cook over medium heat until bubbling. About 5 minutes.
2. Add the dried pasta and continue cooking over medium heat. If using cabbage, add the cabbage as well so that it can soften. Simmer until the pasta is cooked.
3. Add drained cannellini beans and spinach/kale. Stir to combine and simmer for a few more minutes.
4. Serve topped with fresh basil or grated Parmesan cheese.
