Minestrone soup

You'll need:
1 package Mostly Made Lasagna Filling
3 cups of chicken broth
1 cup crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup dried pasta; shells, macaroni or rotini will work
1 cup chopped spinach or kale
1 can of cannellini beans, drained (15 oz)

1. In a 3-quart pot, combine Mostly Made Lasagna Filling, 3 cups chicken broth and 1 cup crushed tomatoes. Cook over medium heat until bubbling; 5-10 minutes.

2.  Add 1/2 cup dried pasta and continue cooking over medium heat. Simmer until the pasta is cooked; 10-15 minutes.

3. Add drained cannellini beans and spinach/kale. Stir to combine and simmer for at least 10 more minutes. 

4. Serve topped with fresh basil or grated Parmesan cheese.
