Mini Calzones

You'll need:
1 Mostly Made Skillet Lasagna Meal Starter
1 cup mozzarella
2 cans extra-large biscuit dough


1. Preheat oven to 350°. On a large sheet pan lined with parchment, lay one can of biscuits (4 large rectangles) flat so they aren't touching. Each rectangle will be two triangular biscuits. Press the perforated seams together to make one piece of dough.

2. Spoon 1/3 cup Skillet Lasagna Meal Starter on each rectangle of dough and sprinkle with cheese. Open the second can of dough and lay a rectangle on top of each. Use a fork to press the edges and seal each calzone.

3. Bake on the lower rack for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
