Skillet Lasagna
This one-pan pasta checks all the boxes. You add the dry noodles directly to the pan and simmer everything right on the stove. The pasta creates a creamy tomato sauce and the Skillet Lasagna Meal Starter adds just the right flavor.

You'll need:
1 Skillet Lasagna Meal Starter
2 heaping cups dry penne pasta
1 ½ cup water
1 ½ cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
1. In a 10" skillet, add one 16-oz package of Skillet Lasagna Mix, water, and tomato sauce. Stir to combine over low heat until bubbling. Once hot, add 2 heaping cups dry penne pasta and stir together.
2. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente (about 10 minutes).
3. Sprinkle 1 ½ cup mozzarella cheese on top. Cover and continue to simmer on low heat until the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.

Cook time: 13 minutes
