Skillet Pasta

This one-pan pasta checks all the boxes. You add the dry noodles directly to the pan and simmer everything right on the stove. The pasta creates a creamy tomato sauce and the Lasagna Filling adds just the right flavor. 

You'll need:
1 Lasagna Filling (22-oz)
3 cups dry penne pasta 
1 cup water
1 cup crushed tomatoes
1 cup mozzarella cheese 
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
1. In a 12" skillet with a lid, add one 22-oz package of Lasagna Filling, 3 cups dry pasta, 1 cup water, and 1 cup crushed tomatoes. Stir to combine over low heat.

2. Cover pan and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente (about 12-15 minutes). 

3. Sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese on top. Cover and continue to simmer on low heat until the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes. 

Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 15-20 minutes
Serves 4 people
