Yummy Mummy Calzone

This calzone looks beautiful! Despite its intricate look, it's even easier to assemble than a traditional calzone. It's the perfect pre-trick-or-treating meal! 

You'll need:
1 package Lasagna Filling
pizza dough for two 14" pizzas
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
beaten egg (optional for egg wash)

1. Preheat oven to 400° and warm the Mostly Made Lasagna Filling pouch in microwave for 2-4 minutes. Drain any excess liquid from Lasagna Filling.

2. On a rimmed baking sheet, roll-out pizza dough on parchment paper. You'll make two mummies on two separate pans. Make a mound in the center with half the Lasagna Filling, mozzarella, and tomato sauce. The filling should run from the top of the dough to the bottom (the length of the rimmed baking sheet).

3. Use a pizza cutter to slice 1/2" or 1" wide strips of dough then fold each strip over (alternating sides). Brush with beaten egg for golden brown color. 

4. Entomb in 400° oven for 25-35 minutes until golden brown. 💀👻

5. Allow calzone to cool slightly and dot with olive or mustard eyes if desired. Serve with a side of warmed pizza sauce for dipping.
