Scalloped Potato Shepherd's Pie
1 Shepherds pie mix
1 pound ground beef
1 container prepared scalloped potatoes (22 oz)
- Preheat oven to 350.°
Prepare the scalloped potatoes according to package directions.
- In 10” oven-safe skillet, brown ground meat over medium heat until no longer pink. Add the Mostly Made Shepherd’s Pie mix and stir to combine. Cook over medium heat until hot.
- Spread scalloped potatoes over the top of the shepherd’s pie.
- Bake 10 minutes, uncovered. Broil on high for 1-2 minutes until potatoes crisp.
Ready in 20 minutes
