Scalloped Potato Shepherd's Pie

You'll need: 
1 Shepherds pie mix
1 pound ground beef
1 container prepared scalloped potatoes (22 oz)

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.°

  2. Prepare the scalloped potatoes according to package directions.

  3. In 10” oven-safe skillet, brown ground meat over medium heat until no longer pink. Add the Mostly Made Shepherd’s Pie mix and stir to combine. Cook over medium heat until hot.

  4. Spread scalloped potatoes over the top of the shepherd’s pie.

  5. Bake 10 minutes, uncovered. Broil on high for 1-2 minutes until potatoes crisp.


Serves 5
