Tater Tot Hotdish

Tater tot hotdish! It works on so many levels. Find Shepherd's Pie Meal Starter at a local grocery store: Find A Store

You’ll need:
1 package Mostly Made Shepherd’s Pie Meal Starter 
1 pound ground beef 
1 lb package tater tots (frozen)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°.

2. In 10” oven-safe skillet on medium heat, brown ground meat. When meat is no longer pink, add the Mostly Made Shepherd’s Pie Mix and stir to combine. Simmer on medium heat until bubbling.

3. Remove from heat and arrange frozen tater tots over the top of the shepherd’s pie.

4. Bake 25 minutes, uncovered, until tater tots are browned and casserole is bubbling.

*** PRO TIP *** For crispier potato tots, pre-bake the tots by following directions on the potato tot package. Add the baked tater tots on top of the bubbling Shepherd's Pie and bake casserole for 10 additional minutes.
