Enchilada Recipe


 

You’ll Need:
1 package Mostly Made Enchilada Filling 
12 corn tortillas
8 oz can enchilada sauce
2 cups cheddar, shredded

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° and spread thin layer of enchilada sauce in bottom of 9”x13" baking dish.
  2. Place 1/4 cup of Enchilada Filling in each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, roll up and place in baking dish.
  3. Top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
  4. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes until hot, bubbly and cheese is melted.

Serves 4 
Prep time: 5 minutes
Bake time: 30 minutes
