1 package Mostly Made Enchilada Filling
12 corn tortillas
8 oz can enchilada sauce
2 cups cheddar, shredded
- Preheat oven to 350° and spread thin layer of enchilada sauce in bottom of 9”x13" baking dish.
- Place 1/4 cup of Enchilada Filling in each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, roll up and place in baking dish.
- Top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes until hot, bubbly and cheese is melted.
